BREAKING: Governor Tim Walz responds with grace and class after Donald Trump disgustingly refuses to call him in the wake of the targeted assassination of a Democratic lawmaker in his state.

This is the kind of real leadership that tragedies like this demand…

“Governor Walz wishes that President Trump would be a President for all Americans, but this tragedy isn’t about Trump or Walz,” said Walz’s spokesperson Teddy Tschann.

“It’s about the Hortman family, the Hoffman family, & the State of Minnesota, and the Governor remains focused on helping all three heal,” he added.

Over the weekend, a right-wing shooter named Vance Boelter impersonated a police officer and killed State Representative Melissa Hortman. He also shot State Senator John Hoffman and his wife at their home. They were severely injured.

Boelter’s friends have described him as a devout Evangelical and radical anti-abortionist who attended Trump campaign rallies.

When Trump was asked by reporters about calling Walz, he gave a vile response—

“I don’t really call him. He’s slick. He appointed this guy to a position. I think the governor of Minnesota is so whacked out. I’m not calling him. Why would I call him?” said Trump.

“I could call and say, ‘Hi, how you doing?’ The guy doesn’t have a clue. He’s a, he’s a mess. So I could be nice and call, but why waste time?” he added.

Once again, we see that Trump has zero sympathy for anyone who isn’t a part of the MAGA movement. If you didn’t vote for him, you’re not a person to him
